Molten Magma Chicken

Ingredients:Cayenne adds the heat while brown sugar adds the sweet in this flavourful rub. Cumin, paprika and brown mustard round out the tones for an earthy, warm entrée
8 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
1/4 cup ground Cumin
1/4 cup Paprika
1/4 cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Brown Mustard
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp ground Black Pepper
2 tsp Curry Powder
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 tsp Salt
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/4 cup Vegtable oil
8 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
1/4 cup ground Cumin

Method:Combine all ingredients (apart from the chicken), mix well.
Rub into chicken breasts.
Preheat grill or barbecue and grill chicken until tasty looking.
Sever with rice, fries or inna bun.

I've made this recipe a few times now and have to say that it's just plain fucking great.
A good application is to slice a few chicken breasts into large pieces and cook the recipe up, then chill the chicken pieces and serve with salad or even have them with your next pickernic.
