Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:1 14oz can of Pumpkin
14oz of Milk
3 medium Eggs (or 2 large Eggs)
2/3 cup of Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg

Method:- Makes 2 6 inch pies
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth
- Bake in a pie crust (or make your own pastry) at 425F for 15 minutes then turn down to 350F for a further 30 minutes

I've modified this recipe from a general pumpkin pie recipe to make it a little less sweet and a little more spicy.
The woman enjoys it greatly.
