Mint Sauce

Ingredients:1 cup Cider vinegar or White Wine vinegar
1/3 cup finely chopped Mint leaves
1/4 cup brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon fine Salt
1/3 cup finely chopped Mint leaves
1/4 cup brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon fine Salt
Method:- Heat vinegar in a glass batter bowl 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stir to dissolve sugar. Cool.
