Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:For The Chicken:
2 Chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 clove of Garlic, minced
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
For The Sauce
1/2 pack Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Milk
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp White Pepper
1 cup pasta - cooked, drained and kept warm

1/2 pack Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Butter

1 cup pasta - cooked, drained and kept warm
Method:- Cook the chicken strips on a medium-high heat for 1 minute, lower the heat to medium and sprinkle the seasonings over the meat. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Place pasta on a large serving dish, pour the chicken and pan drippings over it.
- In a heavy saucepan heat the cream cheese and butter on medium, slowly add the milk and stir until smooth. Add the cheese, stir until it's melted then add the pepper. Pour over the pasta and chicken.
