Lamb Rezala

Ingredients:1 kilo tender Lamb fillet (200g per person)
2 lge Onions
125g chopped Ginger
3 ground Chillies
1 sweet Red Pepper, sliced
6 cloves Garlic
5 ground Cloves
2 inches Cinnamon
8 ground Cardamoms
1 tsp ground Cumin
5 Bay leaves
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 small tub Greek Yoghurt (full fat)
Tomatoes as desired
1 tsp Salt

Method:- Fry half the onion with the garlic and ginger. When soft add all of the spices and fry for one minute, add salt. Add the meat and the rest of the onion. Simmer with the lid on for 20 mins.
- Add yoghurt and simmer for about 45 minutes. When tender remove the lid and reduce. Add garam masala 5 minutes before the end.
- If tomatoes are desired then add halfway through cooking.
