Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:1/2 cup Key Lime juice
4 Egg yolks
1 (14 oz) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup melted Butter
1 1/4 cup Graham Crust
1 cup Whipping cream, whipped

Method:- Pre-heat the oven to 350F
- Combine sugar, butter and graham crust. Press into a 9 inch springform pan
- Combine lime juice, egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk with wire whisk until smooth, add to pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before refridgerating. Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream.
