Chinese BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

4 lbs. Chicken Thighs
1/2 clove Garlic
1 inch fresh Ginger
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Ketchup
2 tbsp. White Wine
1 tbsp. Salt

Method:

- Blend sauce ingredients together. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight in the fridge.

- Grill for 15 minutes per side on a medium heat, or barbecue.
