Bread and Butter Pudding

Ingredients:3 slices of bread, crusts removed and quartered
1tsp ground cinnamon
2 eggs
75ml cream
75ml milk
50g fine sugar

Method:- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Place the bread in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with the cinnamon.
- Combine the eggs, cream, milk and sugar in a bowl. Pour the liquid over the bread. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove pudding from oven and serve while hot.
